Synopsis

A collection of comics and stories, including -- "The Adventure of the Auctioned Utility Company" , featuring the Flash :   While visiting an auction house with Jay, Joan Williams accidentally purchases a bankrupt utility company. Only the keen wits of the Flash keeps the company from being destroyed by its former owner's father. -- "The Fake Accidents" , featuring Johnny Thunder :  A couple of crooks create a scam in which they push a man in front of a car, then pretend they are a doctor and lawyer.  First, they convince the driver to pay them $10,000 upfront or go to court and pay twice as much.  Then, they charge the victim for supposed medical fees and lawyer fees.  Gleeful about their success, the crooks decide to pull a second scam right away, only this time Johnny witnesses the incident and calls upon Thunderbolt for help. -- "The Mad Bomber" , featuring Hawkman :   A crazed czar of crime invents bombs guided by remote control in order to wreak havoc on the city he intends to take over... unless Hawkman can stop him first. PLUS :  King Standish, the Whip, Les Sparks, and more!!
